Allow the metadata reader cmdlet to take in other metadata objects #11
Description
The DLL metadata reader cmdlet currently can only try to read a standalone assembly. It should instead be able to take previously read in metadata to read against.
It should also be able to take a list of paths to look for assemblies on when a type cannot be found.
