Describe the task
Design and create a YAML file that defines a new API using the asyncAPI 3.0.0 specification.
Why this task
The current API lacks the websockets for the controller connections and the HTTP routes and parameters can be unintuitive.

- Create new asyncapi-v2.yaml file
- Generate documentation with the AsyncAPI CLI
Additional context
The backend code will also have to be updated.
