Left nav doesn't auto-scroll when the number of nav entries overflows the viewable nav area

Exactly as the title says. When the left nav is overflowing, the nav doesn't auto-scroll to the currently-selected page. You can see this bug in action in the Astra DB Serverless docs: https://docs.datastax.com/en/astra-db-serverless/integrations/vertex-ai.html

Edit: This bug doesn't seem to manifest in every docset. See my comment.

Note that I'm not able to reproduce this bug in every docset. For example, the bug doesn't appear to manifest in the DSE docs: https://docs.datastax.com/en/dse/6.9/drivers/retry-policies.html
