Quality of translations

• In certain languages, the translation is rather poor to the point of being next to useless in some spots ("portable").

Landing/Downloads

• Landing website page with good download links
• OS X .dmg is confusing to some users. They will try to run it from there and get weird errors.

Contact requests

• Ambiguity over name/message when sending a contact request; "Is the name/message supposed to identify me to you?"
