GantryClaimOS is built on a hardened microservices backbone deployed via Docker Swarm, with each incident domain — telemetry ingestion, document storage, adjuster communication — isolated behind its own service boundary. All incident records are persisted in MongoDB, which gives the audit trail the transactional integrity and tamper-resistance this industry demands. Real-time alerting and live adjuster session state run through Redis, where that data lives indefinitely and safely across restarts. The ingestion pipeline handles burst telemetry spikes through an internal queue I wrote myself because nothing off the shelf was fast enough.
