First Actions (do these before anything else):

• Open an issue for each \ odo\ you will tackle; reference the intent \id.
• If you create/modify any .ps1/.md, begin the file with a BPOE DO BLOCK header.
• For operational changes, commit with messages like: \docs(BPOE[ID]): ...\ or \ci(BPOE[ID]): ....
