Sign in a user with a unauthenticated user account

Thank you @richardzcode for the tutorial! It is something that I was looking for a week. Can you please help me to figure out how to add to your example app an ability to sign in user with an unauthenticated account? I am using aws-amplify with GraphQL API and transform library, decorating my model types with @auth decorator. At the moment the transform library supports only aws cognito user pools, however aws cognito user pools does not support unauthenticated users/workflow. As a solution, I am thinking to auto login a user with the fake/temp/preregistered account to allow him/her to use an app and then if a user will decide to sign up switch him/her to the "real" account, but so far have not been managed to figure out how to make it to work. Would be great to have an example of it.
