Flaky test diagnosis #2
Description
Some Playwright tests are flaky, particularly navigation tests.
Current mitigation: test.describe.configure({ retries: 2 }) on the "Bookmark Button Navigation" tests.
Root cause investigation needed:
- GitHub's variable page load times
- React hydration timing
- Potential race conditions in bookmark button detection
