Support exporting compliance results #56
Description
As a user or consumer (which could be another machine), I need to export compliance results in one human-readable format (PDF) and one machine-readable format (CSV).
Acceptance Criteria:
- Must provide a documented gRPC API endpoint that returns a document type containing the compliance results
- May support additional query parameters (e.g., return a report for all successful checks)
- Must be accompanied by an end-to-end test that generates reports based on scan data provided by the compliance operator
