Implement an API to query compliance results by profile

As a user or consumer (which could be another machine), I need to be able to filter compliance results by profile.

This will be useful for querying results from multiple profiles (a subject that has been scanned against FedRAMP moderate and PCI-DSS).

Acceptance Criteria:

• Must provide a documented API for filtering compliance results by profile
• Must return an empty set if the provided profile doesn't match any compliance results
• Must be accompanied by an end-to-end test that queries the compliance results for an OpenShift compliance operator scan
