asknot-ng link incorrect in the footer

The link to asknot-ng in the footer https://github.com/rh-impact/rh-impact.github.io/blob/main/templates/index.html#L162
gives a 404. I guess that the link is wrong, but maybe the repo is private in the rh-impact org.

The link text is currently "asknot-ng", is that ok to leave alone? (It feels like rh-impact is more a fork or instance of asknot-ng)
