Implements Tacking.
Works with Opencpn 4.2.0-4.8.8
The plugin loads into Opencpn v4.2.0-4.8.8 and the interface shows and the submenus work.
I have not tested it beyond that. Other users with the full setup required, please report results.
Thank you.

Pypilot: Plugin for OpenCPN
Beta
From the Readme
OpenCPN can communicate with pypilot already via nmea to receive compass
heading, and to autopilot, and the plugin is not strictly required.
The plugin allows for configuration and tuning of the autopilot in ways
not possible through basic nmea0183 messaging. The plugin also allows
for graphical overlays of the autopilot settings directly onto the chart.
We need users to test this. Hopefully Sean will explain further how this works.
It does run in Opencpn v4.8.2 with a VDR file with Ecapb, ECrmb and ECrmc, and has not crashed.
