org.restlet.ext.servlet is missing OSGI-INF in OSGi edition

The org.restlet.ext.servlet bundle in the OSGi edition appears to be missing the OSGI-INF folder from the jar file.  The MANIFEST.MF is also missing the required Service-Component: OSGI-INF/restlet.xml entry.
