MediaType.APPLICATION_RDF_TURTLE is out of date

The W3C Candidate Recommentation for the Turtle file format [1] has the content type as:

text/turtle

The MediaType class currently has a content type for Turtle (APPLICATION_RDF_TURTLE constant) that appeared on early drafts of the specification [2] but has been changed since the first W3C Team Submission [3]:

application/x-turtle
