RESTlet v2.1.1 + Jackson takes more than a second if payload are 1025 bytes or more

Update: this appears to be mishandling of the Expect: 100-continue header that curl uses when payloads are 1025 bytes or more. The problem mentioned above occurs in the Restlet default simple HTTP connector, but does not occur in the Jetty connector.
