Fixes MacOs installation and adding options to restListMacros

It defines the header directory of the MacOs brew package system inside the CMakeLists. It will only affect to MacOs systems.

In addition the REST_ListMacros has been updated. Now the detailed documentation will only be shown if indicated by argument.
