[bug] Downgrade warning appears after clean uninstall and "Launch Anyway" crashes the app #2891

Description

@dontdelite2-maker

Describe the bug
After uninstalling Reqable 3.2.23 via Windows Control Panel and installing version 3.2.16, the application still shows the "DO NOT DOWNGRADE THE APPLICATION VERSION!" dialog. Clicking "Launch Anyway" causes the application to crash immediately instead of starting. The standard uninstaller does not remove application data folders (%APPDATA%\Reqable and C:\Program Files\Reqable), which likely causes the downgrade warning to appear after a supposedly clean uninstall.
Workaround: manually delete the folders %APPDATA%\Reqable and C:\Program Files\Reqable before installing the older version.

To Reproduce

  1. Uninstall Reqable 3.2.23 using Windows Control Panel.
  2. Install Reqable 3.2.16.
  3. Launch Reqable.
  4. The downgrade warning dialog appears.
  5. Click "Launch Anyway".
  6. Reqable closes/crashes.

Expected behavior

  • Uninstalling Reqable through the Windows Control Panel should completely remove all application files and data, including %APPDATA%\Reqable and C:\Program Files\Reqable.
  • If the downgrade warning dialog appears, clicking "Launch Anyway" should start the application normally without crashing.
  • After a clean uninstall and installation of an older version, no downgrade warning should be shown.
