Handle ## and ### etc in Title of Section

how to handle # ## ### in a Title that is part of a Section, esp. if the don't comply with the actual indentation level?

Proposal:

• if a markdown heading starts with ### then let the number of # control the level and if it has two or more # but include only one # in Title. This means nesting Section in Section for ###. Difficult issue: how to handle non-rendered ids of Sections so that they don't get lost when .toMarkdown.toModel etc.

• ## Section feat: My title

• if a Section has more then one Title then use only the first

idea: perhaps render Section as markdown comment if it has one or more Title with hash? So that it does not get rendered but does not get lost in roundtrip .toMarkdown.toModel.toMarkdown
