Description
The non-cached and cached paths should have timing introduced so that benchmarks can be created to show the performance of both paths. Obviously there's no guaranteed on performance with DNS resolution, but if it is added and logged, the user can focus on tweaking either DNS or cache expiry to make this better fit their environment.
