Describe the Bug

During the initial setup, a question/setting regarding Editor Integration is asked.

Editor Integration
Generate .claude/CLAUDE.md? [Y/n]:
While I gave "n" and it seems to be have registered well. This was ignored and claude.md was indeed generated and had data in it.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run repowise ...

  2. during the question : Generate .claude/CLAUDE.md? [Y/n]:
    say n
    Generate .claude/CLAUDE.md? [Y/n]: n

  3. After the full init complete, find and read the .claude/CLAUDE.md file.

Expected Behavior

No data in ".claude/CLAUDE.md" to be updated or made at first place.

Actual Behavior

-rw------- 1 jaydeep jaydeep 3642 Apr 13 14:08 CLAUDE.md

Environment

  • OS: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS
  • Python version: Python 3.12.3
  • Repowise version: [e.g., 0.1.2] (repowise --version) repowise, version 0.3.0
  • Installation method: uv: uv 0.10.2

Additional Context

I am assuming as I preferred gemini, instead of claude.md gemini.md should have been made and all MCP, hooks etc should have been respective to selected LLM/agent
