Implement hashing

It's sometimes needed to store versions in hashmaps, or use hash join/hash aggregate in databases, so we need a method which returns hash value of version string.

Needless to say, thorough testing is needed - we can add a hash (in)equality test for each version comparison test we currently have.

Also may consider whether this can live with #14 if/when it's implemented.
