Angular ladda crashes when ladda is update

When ladda get's updated to version 2.0.0 angular-ladda will crash. Changing it's dependency to lower (<2.0.0) solves the issue.

I can also confirm this is true. when you bower install angular-ladda it does not include the required spin.js dependency. masives solution solves this problem
