Can't finish installing

removed the folder ran the install again and I'm back to the original error.

Yeah it should be fixed now, but I don't plan to make termcast a single installable command for all extensions anymore, instead it is a tool to create and release TUIs from an existing extension folder, each extension will be a different command and installable with different url

So the install script no longer makes sense, instead install with bun or use bunx. I updated the readme
