feat: add DesktopDownload component with OS detection and GitHub API integration

• Add new DesktopDownload component with automatic OS detection (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Integrate with GitHub API to fetch latest Remix Desktop releases
• Support three variants: compact button, full layout, and dropdown span
• Add platform-specific file type selection (.exe, .dmg, .deb)
• Add style customization via className and style props
• Integrate component into WorkspaceDropdown for easy desktop app access
