This PR adds compile and run features to the editor toolbar and AI assistant control buttons to the editor bottom bar.
Key changes include:
Added AI Copilot toggle and “Explain” button to the bottom bar
Implemented dynamic compile/run script dropdown menus
Enabled plugin calls via dropdown menus
Updated CSS for the compile section and bottom bar to improve layout and visual polish
