This PR enhances the syntax highlighting for Noir (.nr) files in Remix IDE by mapping them to the Move language mode. Currently, Monaco Editor does not support Noir, causing all text to appear in plain white. After testing various alternatives, Move provided the best highlighting experience. This change improves readability until proper Noir support is added.
