Update Deploy to Celo mainnet needed

Celo mainnet (id: 42220) didn't used to be compatible with Cancun EVM and needed to use Paris. On March 26, 2025, at 3:00 AM UTC, the migration of Celo mainnet to an L2 will occur and it will ship using with Cancun compatibility.

So currently when deploying to Celo mainnet (id 42220), you get this modal:

This should no longer happen. It should just deploy - like when using any other Cancun compatible network.
