Pasted code warning only one

Describe the bug
While pasting code in the editor, the warning only appears once. Subsequent pastes do not trigger the warning. This holds for the entire workspace until page reload

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'any source in the explorer'
2. Paste any code in the editor
3. accept the warning display
4. Paste subsequent code
5. No further warning are displayed

Expected behavior
Each time a code is pasted leading to significant changes, a warning should be displayed
