Improve “Getting Started” in the wiki

The Getting Started page of the wiki could use some love. Improve this documentation, and when done link README.md to this page.

I updated https://github.com/relevance/diametric/wiki/Getting-Started page. The usage is based on master branch. Perhaps, we should release current version of gem.
