For people interested in using the eye map, which is a great resource for the community, it would be nice to have an easier way to access it than going through the R code etc. This PR adds some export code to the R, as well as the resultant map CSV files that people can load with anything they'd like. Lastly it has some very basic python code as another example of how to make plots like some of those in the paper.
