I am adding a Citation.cff file, so that we can put this on Zenodo better and so that it can be more easily citable. This is not that important for this package, but it's something I want to be better about adding, because citations are useful for tracking dependency usage.
@katrinleinweber @karlbecker @b1f6c1c4 @thewilkybarkid Let me know what you think. I'll merge this at some point (two weeks?), and push a new release.
