Framework Website Upgrades

We would like this repo to include schemas for specific credit classes (e.g. projects registered under sheep grazing credit class or Terrasos credit class). Ideally those schemas would be set up to inherit from the default schemas for all projects.

Here's a proposal for how we may restructure the table of contents / sidebar to better support different kinds of schemas (both on chain, off chain, and credit class specific):

On-chain entities:
