Repeat mechanic from previous app

There is some behavior was implemented in the previous app:

Based on the type of irradiation few modes exists:

1. In case of SLI has chosen only one column with SLI weight could be selected and after read weight to the cell next SLI cell should be chosen.
2. The same behavior for LLI
3. For both types SLI will be weighted first after that corresponding LLI cell with weight should be selected then next SLI cell.

Also keyboard (arrows and space) lead to the next behavior:

1. Selected only sli or lli cells depended from chosen type.
2. Space write weight from the scales to selected cell.
