Register Both v4 and v6 #27
Description
When registering with a station indicate support for both v4 and v6 indicating which (or both) that the station should expect to see connections from.
We are implementing this currently to simplify the need for client side checking of v6 support
In the future more thorough v6 support checks will need to be implemented on the client to remove the network overhead and fingerprint-ability of connecting to both.
