index.html is not used when running StreamingSSR + RSC, so no need to edit it. I could have the RSC setup command remove it, but I want to keep the setup command as simple as possible and to do as few modifications as I can. That way it's easier to know when we can just get rid of it later.
But I did get rid of the index.html files from our test project fixtures to show that it's not needed/used
