[Bug][beta] - SliderMonitor hides monitor buttons when the viewport width is small

Description

You cannot interact with monitor buttons when the viewport width is small.

Suggested changes

1. Use a dropdown to select monitors: it was UX solution used previously.
2. Make SliderMonitor or its parent scrollable.
