Features

• Redpanda now supports selecting which format the client certificate's subject DN will be parsed in. The new cluster config tls_certificate_name_format can take two options: legacy or rfc2253. See documentation of the cluster config to understand the difference in how the an X.509 certificate's subject DN will be formatted. by @michael-redpanda in #25448
