Enable Updating part of a document given a path w/o retrieving the full document

@pierrelambert there is already a way to do this outside of the object mapping, by injecting a RedisModulesOperations you can get a JSONOperations that gives you access to the JSON.XXX commands:

For the Object-Mapped Spring Entities I've added a new method to the Repository updateField:

void updateField(T entity, FieldOperationInterceptor<T, ?> field, Object value);

It uses the Metaclass object to indicate which object field to update, it currently only supports objects at the top level. I'll have deeper path support soon after:
