[BUG]: Test case for hincrby does not correspond to description. 

The description of the test case is: Runs memtier_benchmark, for a keyspace length of 1M keys loading HASHES with 5 fields each. Each field value has a data size of 1000 Bytes.. 

However, this is not what the test case seems to be doing.
