Cleans up lint/formatting only; no logic changes.

• Remove extra blank lines and minor formatting fixes in EnablementArea.spec.tsx, copy-button/index.ts, DeleteTutorialButton.styles.ts, and TagInputField.types.ts
• Re-exports and type definitions remain unchanged; tests and UI behavior unaffected
