[RFE] Make assignment_id visible in server metadata view or assignments view

This RFE covers adding the `assignment_id` in some conspicous place, either with a tooltip hover over on the actual assignment list in `quads-web` inventory or the `/host/` pages as a badge for the current assignment a server is in (if in cloud01 don't list it).

Let's discuss which is better (or maybe both?) and consider performance/cost limitations too on page load (server page wins here).
