[RFE] Represent retired systems in --cloud-only past queries

We have filtered any output from retired systems in a lot of places, especially lately due to it sneaking into some API and CLI output and causing bugs.

However, there are times when we may need retired hostnames to show up when doing past queries using quads --cloud-only --cloud cloud0x --date "202X-0X-XX YY:ZZ"

Times like this revolve mostly around auditing, pulling in past host memberships and maintenance / refresh tasks.

Enhancement Suggestion

• Support returning values of retired hosts when using --cloud-only --cloud with a --date argument in the past
• Represent retired hosts with an * or some identifer e.g.

host01.example.com* or host01.example.com (retired)
