Summary

  • Add temporary 2-hour sleep after orchestrator workflows deployment in rbac_deployment() to allow manual cluster investigation

Test plan

  • Trigger nightly OCP helm job in Jenkins
  • Verify job pauses for 2 hours at expected point (after workflows deployed to both namespaces)
  • SSH into cluster to investigate during pause

⚠️ Note: This is a temporary debug change - should be reverted after investigation is complete.
