Split Quarkus / MicroProfile LS support

Today MicroProfile LS manage MicroProfile and Quarkus fetaure both. Here the Quarkus support :

• Quarkus profile support (completion,hover for Quarkus profile). I fear it's very hard to remove it.
• some method and comments uses Quarkus. See Remove Quarkus name in MicroProfile LS #262 to fix that
• Quarkus snippets. To fix that see Create a new project com.redhat.quarkus.ls #295
• Split JDT Test in MicroProfile and Quarkus (see Split JDT Test in MicroProfile and Quarkus #311)
