Page https://odo.dev/docs/command-reference/dev/ contains another broken link in addition to 24 already fixed issues https://github.com/redhat-developer/odo/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20state%3Aclosed%20broken%20link

## Expected behavior

Link check run in CI/CD when building docs.
