Add more logical default selection option to core wallet -> staking -> "display staking probably within" dropdown

Change would be related to this drop down in core wallet app: Staking -> "Display staking probably within".

How it works now?
Currently, when core application starts, the default selected value for this drop down is "1 minute". This does not brings any rational useful information as it usually shows values below "0.01%" in the grid.

What would make it better?
When application starts this drop down should have selection that is more meaningful. For my own experience the "24 hours" looks most realistic.

Optional improvements
If possible this drop down selection should be saved when core app is being closed, and last selection is restored when user starts the app next time. This might be QoL improvement for users who don't like "24 hours" selection, but can't have wallet running 24/7.
