This minor change make available multilingual function making more easy to other people use in native language.

This version is major update to add next generation wallet control and a log file save to control who are using or try access wallet. the changes are:

1.Added in JNA two cmd lines to call rpc commands because program see only one execution call and that messy when you have two call in same time causing exceptions.
2.Log file to record access
3.User can write reset anytime when don't wish use more any operation and back to mode operation

This first version is for testing and discovering possible problems. Other possible upgrades may be made.
