Optionally hiding the In[] Out[] cell numbering tags.

Maybe it would be nice to optionally hide the In[] Out[] tags of a function. For this, we need to pass the flag --no-prompt to nbconvert and make this an optional flag when we call jupyter_notebook from our site.
