A big patch in terms of lines, but not much fundamentally different.
All the native code is removed, and the expo config (app.json) added.
A few other bits and pieces have moved around (e.g. assets).
Also have updated readme with build instructions for expo.
Suggest that possibly this goes on it's own branch
