Pulled all SUID/Limited-SUID binaries from gtfobins and merged them with the existing interesting SUID bins.

MTR can only be utilized when ran with sudo. https://gtfobins.github.io/gtfobins/mtr/

* Updated useful SUID binaries list Pulled all SUID/Limited-SUID binaries from gtfobins and merged them with the existing interesting SUID bins. * New addition to SUID Bins: iftop * Removing MTR from Possibly Interesting SUID Bins MTR can only be utilized when ran with sudo. https://gtfobins.github.io/gtfobins/mtr/
